A gentle, welcoming 5-class series designed for those who are curious about yoga, returning after time away, or simply ready to come back to the basics.
This series focuses on building a strong foundation in a supportive, unhurried way—learning proper alignment, understanding when to gently challenge yourself and when to soften, and truly listening to what your body is telling you.
Together, we’ll explore:

Perfect for those who appreciate a slower, more intentional approach in a calm, intimate setting. Small class sizes allow for personal attention and a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and at ease.

Flow + Float Yoga and Sound Bath 🌊✨
Mondays July 13- August 3rd 6:30-7:45PM (weather permitting)
A one-of-a-kind experience designed to move your body, calm your mind, and fully immerse your senses.
We begin with a 45-minute gentle flow yoga practice—inviting strength, mobility, and ease into the body while connecting breath to movement. This intentional flow helps release tension, improve circulation, and create a sense of grounded presence.
Then… you float.
Drifting into a 30-minute outdoor sound bath in the pool, your body is fully supported by the water as soothing sounds wash over you. The combination of weightlessness and sound allows for a deeper state of relaxation—helping to quiet the nervous system, reduce stress, and invite a meditative, almost dreamlike state.
This unique pairing of movement and stillness, earth and water, effort and ease creates an experience unlike anything else—one that lingers long after you leave.
