✨ 1-Hour Yoga Class + Mini Sound Bath
A slow, grounding practice followed by healing sound vibrations that gently soothe and regulate your central nervous system. Sound therapy offers a subtle yet powerful reset for body and mind.

Choose one:

• Infrared sauna session (may be shared with one other participant)

Both support detoxification, circulation, deep relaxation, and energetic balance.
